H λίστα των trophies για το Dark Souls III είναι τώρα διαθέσιμη στο site Exophase.  Υπάρχουν συνολικά 43 trophies, που χωρίζονται σε ένα platinum, τρία gold, δώδεκα silver και τριάντα bronzes.
